Imagine holding onto a bundle of balloons. Each balloon represents a memory, an emotion, a chapter of your life. Some balloons are bright and joyful, while others are heavy with sadness or regret. These balloons are tied to your wrist, keeping you anchored to the ground. The past, with its colorful array of balloons, is comforting because it’s known, familiar.
